Train the trainer

What is it?

A 1 or 2 day training programme for front-line workers to equip them with the skills and understanding to challenge racism and tackle far-right extremism.

1 day programme

The 1 day programme offers the opportunity to increase awareness and understanding of the subjects of racism, immigration, diversity, asylum and extremism and also provides an introduction to the Think project's unique methodology and approach based on open dialogue and experiential learning.

2 day programme

The 2 day programme goes further by providing participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the subject and the methodology, giving an opportunity to apply and practice the approach for themselves in a safe and supportive setting. The 2 day programme can also be accredited.

Participants completing the two day programme are eligible to become licensed Think Project Practitioners, subject to an organisational licensing fee and partnership agreement. Contact us to discuss licensing options.
